OK, I think it's time we (developers) also take part in this 'competition' posting our hiscores too. Of course we had more time, BTW I believe we could be easily beaten by players with strong determination
My actual hiscore is 207511, level EASY. I did it on Jan 3rd and I still couldn't beat it, even if I'm trying once almost every evening...

| Can players earn more points for playing on hard as opposed to easy? I was under that impression and started to play on hard, but I'm wondering what is the best approach? |

Well, theoretically it's so. In HARD mode, as opposed to EASY, double points are given for every second left when the level is cleared. But you've got less seconds to complete the level and you'll face more Wekas so actually you need to be a very skilled player or you'll probably will score less points.
Remember that lining up the three Diamond Blocks gives you lots of points, especially when they're not all leaning to a wall. Of course you need to solve 'the puzzle' while paying attention to the aggressive enemies... well, not a straightforward job, uh? |

A couple of minutes ago I just scored 307778 points, I stopped at area 4 level 8, easy. I couldn't win for a breeze
Now my thumbs ache LOL  |
